Check-In Day Information

Hello, LISA families! We hope that everyone is enjoying their summers and staying safe. Next week we will be having our student check-in days on Wednesday, July 21st for middle school students and Thursday, July 22nd for high school students. If you have students in both grade levels, please feel free to pick whichever day works best for you. Stop by between 9 am to 3 pm to complete the tasks below. If your student is enrolled in the virtual option this year, please keep your eye on your email for a separate email with additional information for you. 

1: complete REQUIRED CHECK-IN FORM. You will receive an automatic copy of your responses emailed to you. Please make sure to keep this email so you can refer back to the important policies as needed throughout the school year. (Note: You can complete these forms at home at your convenience. You are NOT required to complete them at the school but we will have computers available should you need them. The forms do take some time to fill out so if they can be filled out prior to check-in day that will make your check-in day go quicker.) The forms must be completed by Friday, July 23rd. Coming to the campus is NOT mandatory if you do not need to do any of the below items. 

2: buy uniform shirts

3: talk with student services about 504's, IEP's, etc.

4: drop off medications with the school nurse

5: take a tour of the school (for new students only)

6: meet some of the teachers

7: pick up your students' dismissal car tags

8: get HAC and Dean's List log-in information (new students)

9: club and activity information (will also be emailed at a later date and posted on the school's website and newsletter)

10: pay for student parking (for student drivers only)
