Dear LISA Parents/Guardians,
Thank you for your understanding as we all navigate through this challenging time. With our state summative testing season on the horizon, we want to be sure that students continue their learning even while they are away from the physical school buildings. During the school closure tomorrow and through next week, students will be expected to complete the prescribed Alternative Methods of Instruction (AMI) materials provided by their teachers. This work should consist of about six hours of work for students. Of course, this time will vary some from student to student.
Assignments will be available online, primarily through Google Classrooms please see your email regarding Google Classroom assignments. In addition; students may access through their Clever portal all the online platforms that they normally use at school. If your family does not have access to technology or the internet at home, you may pick up physical resources at your student’s school. In addition, we have a limited number of Chromebooks that will be available for checkout at the schools tomorrow (3/13/2020) between 1:00 and 4:00 p.m.
Teachers will be available to answer questions about work posted or to help you with any log in issues from 9 am – 4 pm Monday through Friday. You can contact them via email or Google Classroom.
